In his words

"the trinket" was my attempt at telling a story -- it's not at the same level as "the box" or "seize the day" -- many people like it better than the other two. it was my film school (storyboard, script, actors, equipment, deadlines... etc...)
Matt Sesow, filmography notes, mid-1990s
"trinket" is a film for those that were threatened by their parents, while in a car, that if they didn't behave then they were going to be let out of the car... the hero in this story is also the object of jealousy from her mother (making the deed of abandonment easier).
