"....I chose artists who I knew could make up a story on the canvas....

Lew immediately thought of American artist Matt Sesow, with his figurative and expressionist style.
"He is very contemporary, he is crazy and very expressionist and very street art," Lew says,
Sesow, whose artist wife Dana Ellyn is also in the exhibition, was inspired by the classic red
jacket from the Thriller and Beat It videos for American Pop Star (2014) which is full of symbolic
objects. The Washington DC-based artist says the bunny represents innocence, the alien with a UFO
is inspired by Scream, the fishbowl is from Leave Me Alone and an Indian on a horse is…

prepping and cutting 20 canvas today for future shows (Denver/Australia) and ideas that haven't formed in my brain yet.
