Research notes
- Master 2002-revelations-reflections-american-self-taught says the tour "opens at the Arkansas Arts Center"; this Oct 2001 schedule and Matt's 2002 list both put Belmont (Nashville) and Mennello (Orlando) before Little Rock. The schedule may have changed later — to confirm with Matt.
